CIPAE’s History
The sustainable business and projects development-consulting firm CIPAE (Consultora Internacional en Planeación de Administración Empresarial), was created in Costa Rica in 1997, with the aim of assisting industries of various sectors by means of a multidisciplinary team of qualified and experienced international professionals.
In its early years, CIPAE offered its services across countries mainly to corporations of all sizes including startups, and developed many consultancies in areas such as strategic management, marketing, finances, banking and information technology. Starting in 2001, it ventured into offering also consultancies on sustainable environment management to other sectors such as government and non-government organizations.
Since its inception, CIPAE has considered research as compulsory task, prior and whitin business planning and conducts its consultancies following a multiphase process.
Today, given a resource-limited planet, CIPAE works with enthusiasm to make its mark in the worldwide process of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) and the 2030 Agenda proposed by the United Nations; and encourages its clients to do so as well.
